Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) Law

 

 

Graduated Licensing allows teen drivers to improve their skills and driving habits gradually as they gain more driving experience. The GDL law restricts nighttime driving, during times when most teen driver crashes occur, and restricts passengers, who can be a distraction and negative influence upon teen drivers.
